Whether it’s a repair request, a maintenance issue, or a general inquiry, you can use the app to communicate with our team.
To access the Resident Center, please visit the Resident Center Login Page https://mercantileproperties1.managebuilding.com. Log in using your resident credentials, and you’ll be able to submit requests, track their status, and receive updates.
There is also an app you can download for easier access to your account called Resident Center by Buildium
