Scope of work for bids

- Mowing - Maintain grass at no more than 3"
- Weed eat all grounds
- Edging sidewalks and drive area
- Trim hedges
- Remove/ Spray weeds in beds
- Blow parking lot and sidewalks
- Remove dead bushes
- Remove trash trees from hedges in front
