⏰POSITION: Full - Time | Monday - Friday

📍 Nacogdoches, TX

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.

What you'll be doing:
✔️Handle basic maintenance repairs and property upkeep in vacant and occupied units.
✔️Prepare vacant rental properties
✔️Troubleshoot common maintenance issues
✔️Communicate with tenants and the property management team
✔️Work with management to ensure repairs are completed properly and in a timely manner

What we're looking for:
◼️ Basic knowledge of maintenance repairs.
◼️ Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred
◼️ Reliable transportation
◼️ Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
◼️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
◼️ Basic knowledge of hand tools and general repairs
